8.1 Evaluation for learners

To gain a greater understanding of the impact on your learners of taking part in Digital Dialogue: Wales, we have an evaluation framework we would like you to use. 

Before starting the programme

Before you do any preparatory lessons with the learners, or as the very first thing you do with learners in the first lesson, can you please get the learner to complete the ‘Pre Programme Baseline Form’. The form should take around 5 minutes to complete.
This provides a picture of their starting attitudes, understanding and beliefs. The form is available either as a Google form learners can complete online, or you can print a PDF version to be completed on paper. 

In order to have the most accurate and detailed response from your learners, please ensure they complete the ‘Post Programme Evaluation Form’ as soon as possible after their Dialogue. If the learners are taking part in more than one Dialogue session, please get them to complete the form once they have completed their last Dialogue. This form will take approximately 5 to 7 minutes to complete.
We’re happy to share the results of the evaluation forms if you wish.
If the learners have completed paper forms, you can either scan them and email them to The Politics Project, or post them to us instead.
As with the learning resources, the evaluation forms are available in Welsh or English.
