Understanding elections is easier when you know who already represents your area. Whether it's your local councillor, your MP, or your regional representatives, there’s a quick and easy way to find out who they are.
You can use www.writetothem.com – a free, non-partisan website that helps you identify your elected representatives at every level by entering your postcode. It also allows you (or the young people you work with) to contact them directly with questions, concerns or ideas.
This can be a great starting point for youth-led projects, campaigns or simply helping young people feel more connected to the decisions being made in their community.
