4.2 How many questions should we prepare?

Each learner and each politician are different, so the Dialogue sessions themselves will be different. Some politicians will ask lots of questions and get into discussions and debates with learners. Others will just ask one or two and spend most of the time focused on answering the learner questions.

Broadly though, for 11 to 18 year old learners you will get through around 15 questions in an hour long session. For younger learners or learners with Additional Learning Needs you will probably get through 20 to 25 questions in an hour. 

We suggest having at least 15 questions for a Dialogue session, and a reflection activity ready to go if the session finishes earlier than expected as you have got through all the questions.
